Giving back... supporting American Equestrians Got Talent
American Equestrians Got Talent (AEGT)’s Grand Finale Gala was held at the Golden Ocala Golf and Equestrian Club, Ocala, Florida on Saturday, April 13th, 2024.
The Grand Finale showcased eight Golden Ticket winners (from live auditions in Wellington and Ocala) and two wild card winners competing for the grand prize of $10,000.
Cheyenne Morris won first prize, Harmony Good placed second, and Carly Cantor finished third. Other great performances included Noah Hunton, Allison Aldrich, Deuce Anderson, Carsyn Korotkin, Darcy Scudero, Annie McGrath and Ariel Sands.
Jimmy Sardelli, founder of The In Gate, donated items from The In Gate Tack Collection for the silent auction. In addition, The In Gate awarded gift certificates to the top three winners.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the United States Equestrian Federation USEF American Youth Programs by underwriting the Emerging Athlete Program for Dressage, Robert Dover USEF Horsemastership Clinic Presented By Zen Elite Equestrian Center, Lendon Youth Dressage Festival Midwest, Florida Youth Dressage Championships, Youth Dressage Programming at the Festival of Champions and FEI North American Youth Championships.
AEGT was created by Robert Dover, six-time US Dressage Olympian. Discover Dressage, founded by Kimberly Van Kampen Crook, has supported the event since 2018.
