Politique d'expédition
After receiving your order confirmation email, most orders are processed within one to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will do our best to inform you of any shipping delays we may be aware of due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
For custom items, we'll inform you of the estimated delivery time before your purchase.
For advanced orders, we'll ship your order as soon as we receive the item in stock. The product page is updated regularly with our expected shipping timeframe.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may, from time to time, offer simple, flat-rate shipping or free shipping if your order meets certain conditions.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The In Gate is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and elsewhere around the globe. Shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout. For customers outside the United States of America,
- Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. You will not have to pay them upon delivery
- DHL Express shipping service with a tracking number is used to ship and deliver products
- You may use your own local currency and a local payment method to pay for your products
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@shoptheingate.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns
Please see our refund policy for complete details. In summary, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@shoptheingate.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
